Basic idea is to make job applications money and time-saving for employee as well as employer. In addition, an electronic job application is environmental friendly, because no paper is needed and gets wasted. Furthermore it is more sustainable than a paper version: the content is available online and therefore can be viewed over and over again without loosing on its quality of material.
